I had talked to Mick and he confirmed he would send a receipt to my email on Friday (28/08/26) but I am yet to receive it.Besides the receipt issue, they were extremely helpful. My ignition was damaged due to attempted theft. I was quoted $5000 + from Toyota and told by every other locksmith that they could not help me. Terrible experience! I hired MyLock Advanced Locksmith to make a spare key for my car and, while testing it, he actually BROKE my car lock. Instead of solving my problem, he created an even bigger one and left me with a massive headache. Completely careless and unprofessional. I would never recommend this service.

I locked my key in my boot, I got a same day call-out, he was very reliable and fast. He really knows what he’s doing - and he’s very reasonably priced! Would 100% use his services again.
Do not use this locksmith. Gave us wrong remote and when we asked to be rectified (as dealership advised not to use the key), we were given excuse after excuse when trying to get him back - many times he said he was coming but never showed up. Doesn't show up when arrangements were made and used the same excuse - family emergency. Have had to pay another locksmith to fix his mess. Need to give one star to do review - would have given none.

$300 was costly for half an hour job to change the car lock barrel which was jammed.It was a non-emergency service. The company is located about 6km away from my place. Overall, the job was done. Fantastic service. Was able to diagnose what was potentially wrong with the car over the phone and to explain it clearly, then fixed the car immediately on arrival.
Called these guys to come out to re-key 4 working locks on our new unit, was charged $300 and left with 2 barely functional locks and 2 locks which didn't unlock. When called back out to get them fixed was met with the response of "that has nothing to do with the job i did", then called another locksmith out, it took him 10minutes to figure out that these guys had ruined the barrels in the locks in trying to re-key them and with a replacement from this other locksmith we had working locks again in half an hour
